Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Most of the orders are packed on the same day and shipped on the same day if your order is received before 10am. Some orders(2 out of 100) may take 24-36 hours to get shipped. After shipment is picked up from our warehouse, it is supposed to reach you in next 5-6 days depending upon your location. North and West India gets delivery in 3-4 days usually. It may take 6-8 days for delivery in Telangana, Kerala and Karnataka. For West Bengal, Odisha and Assam, delivery can vary from 5-10 days.
We make best efforts in shipping your order with fastest estimated courier partner depending upon pincode. Our delivery partners are FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpress Bees, Shadow Fax, Ekart and Gati.
Returns and Refund Policy
We at Malpani’s Stop, strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. Once the sale is made, the product shall not be returned and order shall not be refunded. All sales are final. This is to prevent misuse of our website and services. However, We accept return if the reason of return is responsibility of seller, like receiving of wrong product, receiving damaged product, receiving expired product, etc. For every refund/replacement claim(as of 6th December), we now require a video proof while opening the package. As a user, you can understand that cosmetics, personal use items can not be returned once used. However, In any case, judgement will solely be based on the seller’s discretion.
In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we print and process the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our team to cancel your order. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:
You can cancel your orders before shipping process has started. All cancellations would levy a 3% charge.
You are requested to immediately email at [email protected] or call/whatsapp at +91-9667376890 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.
Your orders can also be automatically cancelled if our team finds your payments have not been received. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We use 3rd Party certified payment gateway which supports most of Indian Debit Cards and Credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, JCB etc are all supported. You can pay using UPI, Net Banking and Mobile Wallets also.

How do I place an Order?
Placing an order is simple with us. You browse through catalog and find the item you like. Use “Add to Cart” button to save that product in your basket. To review your basket, use Cart page. It shows all the summary of products you are about to buy. Then move to checkout page where you enter your shipping details followed by payment details. After payment is successfully made, we receive your Order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can simply move forward with your email address and shipping information. An account will automatically be created for you and you can choose to link it with your facebook profile anytime.
Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please read cancellation policy for this purpose. We really want to be cooperative with our lovely customers, but at the same time we are in a hurry to process your orders so that it reaches you as soon as possible. So, send your cancellation requests as soon as possible.
How Do I Track My Order?
We provide you with a tracking Id of the shipment which is provided by our courier partner. Using that ID, you can track your order on courier website. If you see that your ID is not working, give it some time so that ID is updated in courier partner’s system.
